1. Who we are

LAWSON CRESTLINE TECHNOLOGY LLC (“Crestline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Kentucky limited liability company based at 2239 Chinoe Rd, Lexington, KY 40502. We operate crestlinetech.net and the staffing and job-placement service described on it.

2. Scope

This policy applies to information we collect through this website, the job-alert signup, and the contact form. It does not apply to a third-party site you may reach through a link, because this site does not contain third-party links or trackers.

3. Information we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. The form does not ask for a phone number.
  • Job-alert form: your mobile number and whether you checked the optional SMS consent box. The box starts unchecked, and submitting without it is allowed.
  • Consent and technical records: when a form is submitted, we may record the time, the IP address reported by our hosting provider, the browser user agent, and the consent state. This is the evidence chain for the text-message program.

We do not ask for a Social Security number, a birth date, an identity document, a password, or an employer identification number through this website. Do not send those through the forms.

4. How we use information

  • To reply to an enquiry you send through the contact form.
  • To operate the optional job-alert list and send the messages you agreed to receive.
  • To confirm eligibility and communicate about an application or a placement.
  • To keep the consent evidence required by carriers and messaging laws.
  • To protect the site, prevent abuse, and maintain records.

5. Text messages and mobile information

The text-message program is optional. You opt in by entering a U.S. mobile number on /updates and checking the optional consent box. You may also submit the form without checking it. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of employment.

Messages may include marketing and promotional job alerts, including remote job alerts, full-time job alerts, part-time job alerts, hybrid job alerts, application status updates, interview scheduling, recruiter follow-ups, hiring event invitations, seasonal hiring offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or UNSUB to opt out, or HELP for help.

Mobile non-sharing (short): We will not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile non-sharing (extended): No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that host the site, deliver email or text messages, or keep records for us; with a prospective employer when you ask to be considered for a role; when required by law; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. Service providers are expected to use the information only for the service they provide.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies, run analytics, or load third-party scripts, fonts, or images. Fonts are served from this domain. The site is a static build and does not use browser storage for tracking or preferences.

8. Retention

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records. We keep consent evidence for as long as the messaging program is active and for a reasonable period afterward to demonstrate compliance. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

9. Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and restricted access to records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the site forms.

10. Your choices and rights

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or UNSUB. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about how it is used, by emailing contact@crestlinetech.net. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law.

11. Children

This site is for people seeking work and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. If you believe a child has sent information, contact us and we will remove it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised policy applies.
