1. Program
LAWSON CRESTLINE TECHNOLOGY LLC (“Crestline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an optional recurring automated text-message program for job alerts and hiring updates. The program is mixed: it includes transactional and marketing messages, and it is not an account-notification-only program.
The program is available to people in the United States who provide a U.S. mobile number and, where required, confirm consent. The opt-in page is https://crestlinetech.net/updates.
2. Opting in
You opt in by entering a U.S. mobile number on /updates and checking the optional SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default, is not required to submit the form, and records your choice separately from the phone number. You can submit the form without checking it and without receiving any text messages.
We do not use a purchased list, a keyword advertisement, or a third-party lead source for this program. The opt-in page is the only entry point.
3. Message types
The program may send the following categories of messages:
- remote job alerts
- full-time job alerts
- part-time job alerts
- hybrid job alerts
- application status updates
- interview scheduling
- recruiter follow-ups
- hiring event invitations
- seasonal hiring offers
The list above covers every message category declared for the program, including marketing and promotional messages. We do not send messages for any other purpose through this program.
4. Frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on the number of roles and updates that match the preferences you provided. We do not guarantee a fixed number of messages per week or month.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates.
6. Opting out
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or UNSUB to any message. You will receive one confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also email contact@crestlinetech.net to ask us to remove your number.
7. Help
Reply HELP to any message. You can also email contact@crestlinetech.net or call (728) 215-4541. The help reply itself contains the website and email address, not a phone number.
8. Consent is not a condition
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of employment. You can apply for a role, browse the role index, or contact the office without joining the text program.

11. Carriers
The program is supported by major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Google Fi. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and your device.
12. Privacy
